The Arozzi Verona Pro V2 is the big sister of the Arozzi Verona V2 and the cousin of the Vernazza.
It offers more features, a larger size, a higher maximum weight capacity and an improved design.
As its name suggests, it’s ideal for pro gamers.
Arozzi also offers gamer desks and sponsors many well-known esport teams!
It’s a brand with a proven track record.
Now, let’s get down to business!
I’m going to describe all its features, what I think of it, and for which gamer profiles it’s suitable.
Sommaire
The Arozzi Verona Pro V2 sets itself apart by providing quality equipment for pro gamers.
It therefore promises to combine comfort and durability to prevent back pain over long hours of gaming.
It’s particularly well-suited to gamers who spend many hours gaming every day (or working, as the case may be).
It won’t really do you any good if you spend a few hours a day on your chair, so you can turn to the Arozzi Enzo instead.
In terms of morphology, if you don’t exceed 135kg, it should fit you, as it’s easily adaptable to all sizes.

So it’s high-density.
And as is customary with the Arozzi brand, they often give us the exact figures – I love this brand transparency.
The seat is 45kg/m3 and the back 25kg/m3.
This allows us to gauge the range of the foam, whether it’s likely to sag or not, and for what type of use it’s recommended.
These figures are often different for the seat and backrest, as the seat supports most of the body.
So it’s perfect for gamers who spend a lot of time on their computer!
It’s quite firm (i.e. firmness is very good for those with back problems, as lack of firmness would be a bad thing in this case).
Side bolsters at the shoulders and hips ensure ergonomic posture and prevent slouching.
The same applies to the side bolsters on each side of the seat.
A bit like sports car bucket seats, it forces you to be centered on the seat.
Great for support!
As I’m sure you can imagine, sitting twisted in your chair is not a good thing at all.
You can either lock your chair at 90°, or use the lever on the underside of the seat to unlock the tilt function.
This function allows the chair to tilt back and forth at an angle of up to 12°.
And what’s more, and this is quite rare on gaming chairs, there’s a knob that lets you adjust the resistance.
Adjusting the resistance is what allows you, depending on your weight, to manage how easy it will be to tilt the chair or not.
It’s HIGHLY advisable to leave and adjust the tilt function mechanism.
It keeps your back from staying in the same position all day, and prevents back pain.
The gas spring is class 4, which is the maximum class, and is quite common on most office chairs in this range.
The gas spring controls the spring force that raises or lowers the chair, so it’s important to have a good one.
The chair’s skeleton is made of metal, which is good news for durability, lightness and strength.
When it comes to the skeleton, it’s hard to beat the strength and lightness of a metal frame.
The 5-star foot cross is made of plastic.
It’s a fairly common material used for foot crosses, although you can sometimes find aluminum or metal ones.
So, not necessarily a good thing, but not necessarily a bad thing either.
In other words, you can only lower or raise them.
they can be adjusted independently.
For example, when I’m playing the console, I often lean more to one side than the other, so I only adjust the left armrest.
However, it’s true that for this range, we could have expected more armrest adjustments (width, for example).
Height adjustment is really the “minimum” required if you want to sit comfortably and be able to adjust them to suit your desk.
So let’s say there’s the minimum for a chair in this range, but adjustment on the sides might have been appreciated…
I tend to find the front-to-back and orientation adjustment really gimmicky; I have it on my current chair, but I don’t use it.
One good point though: the top of each one is padded and comfortable to use.
The look is very well crafted, echoing that of a luxury car bucket seat.
What’s more, it has a strong gaming connotation thanks to the various bright colors, such as red and blue, which for me look very “gaming” and stylish in most gaming set-ups.
You can also have it in a more neutral color if you’re afraid of making a faux pas with a color that’s too flashy.
Although I’d recommend a bold color, as the red of this chair is magnificent…
The logo and brand name are present on the top, back and cushions…
Which, by the way, are made in the same style and with the same colors!
I really like it, it unifies the whole and proves that the look has really been thought through.
We’re talking about a well-made imitation leather covering (i.e. imitation leather).
This is a good thing, as it looks more premium than fabric!
It holds up well over time and (most importantly) doesn’t flake.
I advise you to treat it from time to time with moisturizing cream to increase its lifespan, as a chipped imitation is really ugly and unpleasant.
For even better seating, the Arozzi Verona Pro V2 comes with two cushions.
One for the neck and another for the lumbar region (they’re not made of fabric, which is also good news).
This is particularly important, especially the lumbar one (in my humble opinion).
It really helps to keep the curvature of the back, so it’s easier to go for hours without lower back pain.
I’ve never really been a fan of very visible seams, perhaps justified by Arozzi’s choice to give more “character” to the chair’s look.
However, they’re clean, neat and regular.
They’re also tight.
They’re definitely better than the Arozzi Enzo.
You have to pay close attention to the seams to avoid ending up with a cracked chair on the sides close to the threads.
As for the finish, I find that the plastic covers on each side of the chair give it a “cheap” look, but that’s just a detail.
Despite being made of plastic, the castors on the Arozzi Verona V2 Pro roll very well and are fluid.
This is not the type of caster to snag on carpets!
It can be tilted up to 165° and locked in a different position every 5°.
That’s pretty handy for finding a position that suits you, and also for taking a little nap, reading a book or watching a movie, especially in the 165° tilt.
The two levers on either side of the chair for activating or deactivating the rocking mechanism and for raising/lowering the chair are well positioned and easy to reach when seated.
The same applies to the small lever on the right-hand side of the chair, near the armrests, for adjusting the backrest orientation.
So you won’t accidentally trip it.
For the mechanism that adjusts the resistance of the tilting mechanism, you’ll either have to be fairly flexible…
Or get out of the chair and carry out a few small tests before you find the right setting, as it’s pretty hard to access while you’re sitting down.
The knob for adjusting the armrests is located on the outside of each armrest and is easy to reach.
The guide is very well explained and straightforward. You should be able to complete the assembly in 20-25 minutes.
I did some research on the web to see what other users’ opinions were, so as to give you more points of view.
I found the following:
Comfort comes up a lot, but so does the seat’s sturdiness.
This must be partly due to the high-density foam seat and metal frame.
Users seem quite surprised by the ease of assembly and the fact that Arozzi delivers the chair with gloves for assembly.
Yes, they even think about the health of your hands!
Secondly, I noticed that some people were having problems with the gas lift.
The good thing is that these people contacted Arozzi and got a free replacement.
So that’s a very good service point.
I can also see that some users measuring 1m60 are just as delighted with the chair as others measuring 1m90.
Arozzi have done a good job of matching the morphology of the chair.
Finally, the fact that the seat is “firm” is often mentioned.
This is a good thing, as firmness is a good thing for back problems.

If you prefer 3D armrests to a more adjustable backrest, this would be a good choice.

How can we not mention the Arozzi Verona V2?
Of the two models, it’s the lower end of the range, and I’m going to give you a quick comparison to keep you up to date.
Let’s get straight to the heart of the matter:
The armrests are height-adjustable on both models.
Backrest tilt is up to 145° vs. 165° for the Arozzi Verona Pro V2.
Both have high-density foam and the maximum weight is 105kg vs. 135kg for the Pro V2, which is also smaller in size.
In short, unless you’re on a tight budget, if you can afford the Pro version, treat yourself.
